Under master chef, Gary Birkett, Verandah draws the crowds to enjoy his innovative style of modern seafood dishes. His partner Dylan York runs a lively front of house team; his extensive knowledge of wines, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

The stylishly designed interior gives a contemporary feel to what has already become one of the most popular destinations in Grenada. The views from the terrace directly to the two miles of Grand Anse Beach and the twinkly night lights of the capital, St George’s are the best in Grenada. Tables for around the poolside are popular and set a romantic scene.    

Signature dishes include Tian of Shrimp, Crab and Local Mango with sweet and sour citrus fruit or Seared Tuna, served in an herb crust and a plantain cake with cucumber souse. The fusion of seasonal, local seafood and delicious native spices, fruits and vegetables across the menu ensures a mouth-watering selection of dishes. A choice of vegetarian and meat dishes are also available.

The Beach Cabana

Located through tropical gardens, directly on Grand Anse Beach and meters from the cooling waters of the Caribbean, The Beach Cabana is open daily for refreshments, snacks and lunch. One of the most fashionable settings in Grenada, the hip but laid-back design provides a warm backdrop to the simply prepared BBQ lunches and delicious salads. Cocktails a speciality.
